Ally Financial made a strategic addition to its corporate finance sponsor finance team with the hiring of Frederick “Fred” Yanni.
Yanni brings over 30 years of commercial finance experience to Ally’s corporate finance sponsor finance team, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with middle-market private equity sponsors, primarily in the Northeast region. Further enhancing Ally’s capabilities in this sector, Yanni will help lead originating, structuring and closing private credit transactions.
His deep industry expertise and proven track record will strengthen Ally’s position in sponsor-backed lending with its client-first approach. Prior to joining Ally, Yanni spent 15 years at NXT Capital, where he executed and managed cash flow loan transactions for middle-market private equity sponsors.
