Access Capital closed a $2 million revolving facility for Logical Maintenance Solutions (LMS) and its holding company, Ovation LMS, an entity formed by business consultant Sameer Mittal for the purpose of purchasing LMS from its existing shareholders. Ovation utilized part of the facility to complete its acquisition of LMS, which will also use the facility for working capital to support growth.
Logical Maintenance Solutions is based in Irvine, CA, and provides service solutions for multi-vendor IT computer equipment and peripherals for customers in the federal, commercial, industrial and retail industries.
The company was founded in 2001 as a printer and copier repair provider serving clients in Southern California, with its geographic footprint later expanding to make it a nationwide operation.
