SSG Capital Advisors served as the investment banker to Hometeam Technologies, d/b/a Vesta Healthcare in the sale of its clinical services business to an affiliate of Essen Health Care. The transaction closed in October 2025.
Vesta engaged SSG in late August 2025 to evaluate strategic alternatives for its clinical business. SSG conducted a marketing process focused on acquirers that are active in home-based care, population health management and technology-enabled clinical services. Leveraging its experience in healthcare and special situations, SSG secured multiple indications of interest for the company’s clinical services business. The transaction with Essen transfers Vesta’s proprietary technology, clinical infrastructure and associated assets to an Essen affiliate.
