Global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) appointed Felicia Lyon as a managing director in the firm’s healthcare industry group, specializing in human capital and workforce management. Her appointment reflects A&M’s strategic talent investments for helping clients navigate workforce complexities and chart new pathways to profitability.

Lyon works with organizations ranging from large Fortune 10 organizations to small startups. Some of her notable achievements include designing an offshore innovation hub for a large healthcare provider; unlocking $50 million in workforce expense savings for a large health system by redesigning job architecture; and restructuring a regional healthcare system’s leadership team to streamline operations and establish a succession plan.
Prior to joining A&M, she served as a principal in KPMG’s workforce transformation practice and as the founding CEO of a boutique consulting and executive coaching firm, all focused on building the bridge between clients’ business imperatives and the people who deliver on the strategy. She’s often a featured speaker on the modern workforce, the impact of GenAI on the workforce and building future leaders, today.

Lyon holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from Roosevelt University, Chicago.
