Holland & Knight welcomed Ingrid McClintock as a financial services partner in Charlotte. Most recently, McClintock was a partner at McGuireWoods.

McClintock has structured, negotiated and documented senior debt financing arrangements of all types, including secured and unsecured single bank and syndicated credit agreements, multicurrency financing facilities and acquisition financings for clients that include, among others, national banking institutions. She has experience on financings across a range of industry groups, including motor vehicle dealerships, business services and equipment providers.

“Ingrid is an experienced and versatile finance attorney who will greatly expand our leveraged finance and cash-flow capabilities,” Cindy Brazell, co-chair of Holland & Knight’s financial services practice group, said. “She is highly regarded in the motor vehicle finance space and her practice will complement that of Holland & Knight partner Stephen Dietrich, a go-to legal adviser in automotive retail M&A, with whom she has worked frequently. We are thrilled that she has joined our firm.”

“Transitioning to Holland & Knight’s esteemed financial services group will give my clients access to a wide range of sophisticated services that will enhance their businesses and allow me to grow my practice as well,” McClintock said. “I am delighted and eager to begin collaborating with my new colleagues in Charlotte and across the nation.”

McClintock earned a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, an M.P. degree from the University of Virginia School of Architecture and a B.A. degree from the University of Virginia.
