Bankwell Hires Head of SBA Lending

Bankwell Financial, the parent company of Bankwell Bank, appointed Michael Johnston as senior vice president in the newly established role of head of SBA lending._x000D_

Johnston most recently served as the national sales director for Ready Capital. Additionally, Johnston has held various lending and underwriting positions at Zions Bank, Bank of the West, CapitalSource and Washington Mutual._x000D_
