BMO Financial appointed Kevin Connelly to the BMO Financial board of directors. His appointment is effective January 1, 2019.

Connelly most recently served as the CEO of Spencer Stuart, a global executive search and leadership consulting firm, from 2012-2018, and as a core member of the board and CEO practice, he continues to serve a broad range of clients on search, leadership and governance matters. Prior to his terms as CEO, he was chairman for six years. He currently continues to serve as an active full-time senior partner of the firm.
Before his tenure at Spencer Stuart, Connelly was chief financial officer and chief operating officer at other major companies and served as a director of a major supplier to the world’s leading car makers. He began his career with Harris Bank where he held a number of leadership positions.
