Reznik Joins Commercial Finance Partners as Real Estate Head

Oleg Reznik joined Commercial Finance Partners as head of Real Estate Lending.

With over 20 years of experience in private equity, management, and consulting, Reznik brings a wealth of knowledge for conventional and real estate loans, ranging from bridge loans to full financing options for a variety of different properties and projects.

Reznik has co-founded several successful businesses, including Labyrinth Advisors, a management consulting and advisory firm, Tango Equity, a New York-based M&A advisory firm, and Eons Ahead, a New York-based new media and branding agency. While at the latter, he led the company through two years of growth before its acquisition by Streamedia Communications.

“Oleg’s background and knowledge of real estate allows him to jump in and compliment CFP’s current programs and strategies,” said Darren Palestine, managing partner of Commercial Finance Partners. “CFP has carved out a niche for SBA loans in addition to our direct lending and having additional real estate programs will create new opportunities for our current clients as well as our referral partners that rely on us as a one-stop-shop for financing needs”.

Based in Florida, Commercial Finance Partners is a lender and loan packager which provides working capital solutions to small to middle-market business seeking alternative forms of capital, including asset-based loans, term loans, accounts receivable funding and other non-traditional capital resources.
