Doug Motl has joined UMB Capital Finance as senior vice president, director of Originations.
Motl will be responsible for leading the Asset Based Lending’s originations team as UMB continues to broaden its marketing efforts nationally.
Motl’s financial career began in public accounting with Arthur Andersen. Since then, he has amassed more than 27 years of knowledge and experience in asset based lending and commercial finance. Prior to joining UMB, he served as national head of Originations for Sterling National Bank in Dallas. His professional history also includes working at Fifth Third Bank, Bank of America and Comerica Bank.
