Mounir Gad and Kevin Conway have joined Avidbank’s Specialty Finance division.
Mounir Gad has joined the bank as senior vice president, Market Manager. His previous experience includes Crestline Investors as well as Silicon Valley Bank where he spent 11 years in a variety of roles including leadership positions focused on the technology, venture capital, and private equity ecosystem.
Conway joins the bank as senior vice president, Relationship Manager. He brings more than 20 years of experience working with entrepreneurs and management teams of Venture Capital and Private Equity backed technology companies interested in leveraging strategic debt as a growth driver for their business. Most recently, he was senior vice president and manager of Technology Lending at HomeStreet Bank, and has an extensive network of relationships, and management-level experience, with organizations such as Square 1 Bank, City National Bank, US Bank, Bridge Bank, and Silicon Valley Bank.
