Frederic will offer services in three areas of expertise: assisting companies experiencing financial stress to identify and follow necessary steps for a return to profitability through turnaround management; crafting suitable financial packages by approaching the right lenders known to have an appetite for and experience with a particular industry or transaction whether as a senior lender, subordinated debt issuer, equipment lender or other professional; identifying clients’ priorities in M&A scenarios and ensure those are attained by a clear determination of the appropriateness of a potential deal which addresses financial, operational and cultural considerations._x000D_
