First National Bank, a subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation, hired Paul Delmonte as senior vice president and commercial banking team leader in the company’s Capital Region. He will report to Stephen Staman, regional manager of commercial banking.
Delmonte will lead a team of commercial bankers who are responsible for lending, business development, relationship management and portfolio management for middle and upper-middle market companies serving York County, Adams County and the surrounding areas in Pennsylvania. He and his team employ FNB’s commercial products and services, including treasury management, international banking, lease financing, SBA financing, asset-based lending, insurance, capital markets, private banking and wealth management.
Delmonte joined FNB with 16 years of financial services experience, previously serving as a senior relationship manager for Huntington National Bank and M&T Bank.
FNB’s Capital Region consists of approximately 50 branches and commercial offices located throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania.
First National Bank has approximately 350 locations with operations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
