First Business Growth Funding, the accounts receivable financing arm of First Business Financial Services, hired Lana Fidelscaia as vice president, business development officer. She will be headquartered in Dallas.
Fidelscaia has more than 10 years of experience in the commercial finance industry, with a focus in factoring, asset-based lending, commercial real estate and SBA lending. Previously, Fidelscaia held positions that expanded her expertise in underwriting, real estate evaluation and cash flow analysis.

First Business Growth Funding provides accounts receivable financing solutions to service providers, importers and manufacturers throughout the United States with transactions ranging from $100,000 to $10 million.
