Accord Financial named Barrett Carlson senior vice president of corporate development and Eric Starr senior vice president of program operations and risk. Carlson will oversee all aspects of the company’s growth, development and marketing. Starr is spearheading Accord’s strategic and digital transformation.

Carlson’s responsibilities include both corporate development and brand management. Prior to joining Accord as a partner in CapX Partners, Carlson was a founding/managing partner at Capital Concepts Holdings and Waterstone Consulting, a management consulting and technology services firm.
Starr was previously a founder and/or partner at quantitative hedge funds, including Aventine Investment Management, Starr Capital Management and Forest Investment Management, before joining CapX Partners, a member of the Accord family.
