Northpoint Commercial Finance added David Zimmerman as a business development officer for its asset-based lending division, which supports middle-market companies in North America.
Zimmerman will report to Robert Wagner, general manager and head of asset-based lending at Northpoint Commercial Finance, and be based out of the company’s office in Alpharetta, GA. At Northpoint, Zimmerman will be responsible for origination transactions through the U.S.
Zimmerman has 20 years of experience in both bank and non-bank lending. Most recently, he held the position of business development officer at eCapital Commercial Finance. Before joining eCapital, Zimmerman served in business development and credit roles at Facteon Commercial Finance, Synovus Bank, Georgia Banking Company and AmSouth Bank.
“David will be a great fit at Northpoint and we are excited to have him as part of our team,” Wagner said.
