Charles Hervey and Scott Allex joined PlainsCapital Bank‘s Harlingen, TX, banking group. Hervey will serve as senior vice president and commercial loan officer, while Allex will serve as vice president and business development officer.

Hervey has more than 25 years of banking experience, including 23 years in commercial lending. He joined PlainsCapital Bank from Rio Bank, where he served as senior vice president and Harlingen, TX, area president.
Allex has 26 years of financial services experience, with more than 19 years serving as a financial advisor. He has worked at multiple wealth management firms, including Ameriprise Financial, Level Four Wealth Management and Long Chilton.
