TD Bank, named Steve Boyle chief operating officer, a newly created position. Boyle will report to Leo Salom, president and CEO, and will be responsible for scaling bank operations and more at First Horizon, following approval of the acquisition of the bank by TD.

Boyle served as CFO for TD Bank from 1997 to 2015 and during this time he helped grow the bank substantially through organic growth and acquisitions. Boyle also served in a variety of leadership positions including interim CEO and CFO.
