Schulte Roth & Zabel hired Damian Petrovic as a partner in the M&A and securities group in New York.
Petrovic represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He has been involved in a wide range of transactional work for private equity funds, including private acquisitions, co-investments, portfolio company add-ons, preferred equity investments, SPAC transactions, take-privates and carve-outs.
