Axiom Commercial Finance, a subsidiary of Axiom Bank, expanded its team with the hiring of Norman Brame as vice president and business development officer in its asset-based lending division headquartered in Dallas.
A 20-plus year veteran of the financial industry, Norman has a background in sales, marketing and small business management, having owned and operated various companies. In his new role, he will be focused on originating new factoring business in the Southeast.
“Norman brings to Axiom an incredible amount of commercial finance experience, and we are thrilled to have him represent us,” Michael Haddad, president of Axiom Commercial Finance, said.
Before joining Axiom Commercial Finance, Norman was senior vice president and regional sales manager at Bay View Funding, a bank-owned factoring and asset-based lending company. Prior to that, he was a regional vice president at Commercial Funding and national sales manager of AmeriFactors Financial Group.
