Tompkins Community Bank announced role expansions for three employees – Scott Stimson, Tabitha Landis and Stefanie Shirk.

Stimson, VP and regional community banking manager, will oversee five branches in the Greater Philadelphia Region, including managing Tompkins’ Centre Square Branch. Landis, AVP, will manage Tompkins’ Pottstown Branch. Shirk, regional community banking manager, will oversee a total of seven branches throughout Berks and Schuylkill Counties, having recently become manager of Tompkins’ Boyertown Branch. Stimson, Landis and Shirk will lead their respective branches, cultivating relationships with local businesses and ensuring customer needs are met.

“Scott, Tabitha and Stefanie have all established themselves as integral members of our team through years of dedication and personalized client services,” Laurie Grube, SVP, community banking division manager, Tompkins Pennsylvania, said. “I am personally excited to see each of them utilize their experience in these new roles and know that our clients, and community, throughout Pennsylvania will benefit from working with these talented professionals.”

Stimson brings 25 years of banking and financial industry expertise to his new role, having previously served as a business development officer at Tompkins. An active member of his community, Stimson sits on the Board of Directors for the Blue Bell Rotary Club, in addition to volunteering with Garden of Health, Inc. and The Advisory Network for Small Business.

Landis, who joined Tompkins 12 years ago to assist with the management of its Centre Square Branch, brings a cumulative 22 years of managerial expertise to her new role. A member of the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce, Landis also volunteers as a summer youth camp counselor through the Limerick Fire Company. Additionally, Tabitha is currently enrolled in Tompkins’ Professional Development Program.

Shirk, who first joined Tompkins as a teller, has been in the banking and financial industry for 30 years, recently celebrating 20 years at Tompkins. A graduate of Tompkins’ Professional Development Program, Shirk has strengthened her financial and banking expertise for the last two decades, specifically focusing on business development and sales. Shirk is a member of the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance, and its Women 2 Women group; she also volunteers as a Board Member and Treasurer for The King’s Academy and serves as a Board Member for Berks Encore.
