Caltius Structured Capital hired Paige Russell as a senior associate of business development. Russell joined Caltius Structured Capital in May 2024. She is responsible for executing the firm’s strategic business development and deal-sourcing efforts, particularly in the Western United States. She will focus on engaging intermediaries, lenders, investors and other deal community participants to source and evaluate new structured capital investment opportunities for the firm.
Russell has over five years of private capital investing experience at Arrowroot Capital, a software-focused growth equity firm. She was responsible for originating new investment opportunities, due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management. Russell received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Columbia University, where she was a captain for the women’s basketball team.
