UBS Hires Financial Advisor Team in Bethesda, Maryland

UBS added a five-person team, managing $650 million in client assets, in Bethesda, MD. The team, Wingman Capitol Group, is led by financial advisors Andy Murphy, Gene Suk and Terence Hardy._x000D_

Murphy, Suk, Hardy and their team join the UBS Philadelphia D.C. wealth management market, led by market executive Julie Fox, and will report to market director Jake Shine._x000D_

“Andy, Gene and Terence have decades of experience in the industry serving high and ultra-high net worth clients and we are proud to welcome them to UBS,” Julie Fox, Philadelphia D.C. market executive at UBS Private Wealth Management, said. “Leveraging our world-class wealth management platform and extensive suite of capabilities at UBS, I am confident that the team will continue to excel and provide their clients with the highest quality of financial services.”_x000D_

Murphy brings two decades of industry experience and a focus on financial planning and lending to UBS. He joins from Morgan Stanley, and previously served as a member of the United States Navy as a flight officer for nearly a decade. Murphy graduated from The Pennsylvania State University._x000D_

Suk focuses on advising clients on financial planning and investment matters. Prior to joining UBS, he spent nearly three decades at Morgan Stanley. Suk holds an MBA from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from American University. He also holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation._x000D_

Hardy works with clients on all facets of financial planning including investments, retirement and equity compensation matters. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Before joining UBS, Hardy spent a decade at Morgan Stanley and previously held roles at an international environmental consulting firm and a D.C. law firm. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Providence College._x000D_

The Wingman Capitol Group also includes Casey Coffman, senior wealth strategy associate and Ryan Vogel, client service associate.
