Gordon Brothers, the global asset experts, welcomed Julie Dobler as director, North America real estate services. In this role, Dobler supports real estate services’ daily operations and helps implement streamlined processes, procedures and methodologies to enhance the operational platform.
Additionally, Dobler devises and executes comprehensive real estate strategies, including lease restructuring, property disposition and new site selection, to assist clients with optimizing occupancy costs to better maximize the value of their real estate assets, mitigate liabilities and rationalize portfolio risks.
Based in North Carolina, Dobler has over 15 years of experience managing nationwide real estate portfolios, negotiating contracts and achieving client savings. Prior to joining Gordon Brothers, she was the vice president of real estate at a quick service and fast casual restaurant group and was previously the director of real estate and lease renewals at a leading specialty retailer.
