Sizer, Addeo and Gashaj will join the Gridiron accounting and finance team, where they will promote operational efficiencies and streamline workflows. Sizer most recently served as vice president of investing and portfolio management at RSE Ventures, where she was responsible for supporting RSE’s existing portfolio and identifying, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities. Prior to that, Sizer worked at Next Street and Analysis Group. Addeo most recently served as assistant vice president at Blackstone on the global fund finance team, where he managed multiple funds within the firm’s real estate debt strategy. Gashaj held previous roles at Dorilton and RSM, focusing primarily on private equity serving the middle market._x000D_
