Gridiron Capital, an investment firm focused on partnering with founders, entrepreneurs and management teams, made various additions to its investment and accounting and finance teams: Caroline Sizer as vice president of portfolio analytics, Paul Addeo as accounting manager, Elisa Gashaj as tax manager and Will Atkins and Jemarc Walters as investment associates._x000D_

Sizer, Addeo and Gashaj will join the Gridiron accounting and finance team, where they will promote operational efficiencies and streamline workflows. Sizer most recently served as vice president of investing and portfolio management at RSE Ventures, where she was responsible for supporting RSE’s existing portfolio and identifying, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities. Prior to that, Sizer worked at Next Street and Analysis Group. Addeo most recently served as assistant vice president at Blackstone on the global fund finance team, where he managed multiple funds within the firm’s real estate debt strategy. Gashaj held previous roles at Dorilton and RSM, focusing primarily on private equity serving the middle market._x000D_

Atkins started his career at Deutsche Bank as an analyst in the technology investment banking group. Prior to joining the Gridiron team, Atkins worked as a private equity associate at MidOcean Partners. Walters joins Gridiron from Bank of America, where he worked as an analyst in the mergers and acquisitions group. Will and Jemarc focus on new investment opportunities, due diligence and value creation across Gridiron portfolio companies._x000D_
