Helana Robbins Huddleston, partner – transaction advisory services and manufacturing and distribution industry co-leader of CohnReznick, an advisory, assurance and tax firm in the United States, is among ten executives recognized by the Chicago Business Journal in its 2024 Women of Influence program.
At CohnReznick, Robbins Huddleston provides transaction and related advisory services to clients across many industries including manufacturing and distribution, where she co-leads that practice. She has more than two decades of experience in financial due diligence, restructuring, cash flow budgeting, financial auditing, internal control evaluation and business process improvement. Robbins Huddleston is also a member of CohnReznick’s private equity and venture capital practices.
As chair of DePaul University’s Females in Finance Initiative Advisory Board, Robbins Huddleston leads a team focused on supporting the professional development of female undergraduate students in finance. She is also president of ACG Chicago, a business networking organization where she helps foster education and networking among her peers involved in mergers and acquisition.
