She will report directly to Dallas-Fort Worth Regions Manager, Adam Gwin, and spearhead the initiative to grow Flatbay’s influence in the region by increasing brand visibility and developing professional relationships within the CRE landscape. Her experience in team management and event coordination combined with her overall passion for people, makes her a key player to the team._x000D_

Roehm’s career is one of innovation, relationship building and deal-making. She started her career in residential real estate sales in 2004 and from there has launched several sales teams at respective companies, performed real estate coaching for various local brokerages and, most recently, launched a residential mortgage company, ProSource Mortgage._x000D_

Roehm lives in Fort Worth with her husband and their two children, ages 17 and 14. She has served on several non-profit boards in the area and is currently an active board member of A Wish With Wings.
