eCapital, a tech-enabled finance provider specializing in tailored solutions for businesses across North America and the United Kingdom, appointed Chris Huntington as senior vice president, business development officer within its ABL group. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Huntington is responsible for enhancing the company’s presence on the East Coast.

Huntington has an extensive background in commercial and corporate banking, specializing in asset-based lending and trade finance. He has held key roles at Sallyport Commercial Finance, Virgin, Aldermore Bank and Bibby Financial Services. Throughout his career, Huntington has built a strong reputation in relationship management and risk assessment, successfully supporting lower to middle-market companies with complex financial transactions. “Bringing Chris on board is a perfect addition to our team,” Brian Cuttic, CEO, ABL at eCapital, said. “His industry expertise and reputation for building strong, results-driven relationships align with our approach to business. Chris’ skillset will help strengthen our connections with both clients and partners, supporting the trust and collaboration that are key to our continued success.”

“eCapital has set a high standard in the specialty finance industry, focusing on a customized and strategic approach to each deal,” Huntington said. “I’m excited to leverage my network and experience to help drive eCapital’s growth and showcase the value we bring to clients and partners.”
