CenterState Banks has completed two separate definitive merger agreements to acquire HCBF Holdings, parent company of Harbor Community Bank, and Sunshine Bancorp, parent company of Sunshine Bank. Upon completion of each merger, the acquired banks will merge into CenterState Bank.
