Weil Gotshal & Manges said it is advising American Securities and Presidio Holdings in the sale of Presidio to funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Weil advised American Securities on its acquisition of Presidio Holdings, an IT infrastructure solutions provider for approximately 6,000 clients across the United States, in 2011 and subsequently advised Presidio on its acquisitions of Total Convergence Solutions (dba Bluewater Communications Group) and INX Inc.
