Kodak Receives Permission to Control Bankruptcy Through February
Judge Alan Gropper in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of New York granted permission for Kodak to keep control over its bankruptcy through the end of February, a Fox Business article said.
The permission will allow the company to work on its reorganization plan without competing plans submitted by creditors. The article noted that a group of bondholders were against the plan although the extension was supported by the majority of creditors.
