IFA Hires Baker as Marketing Director

The International Factoring Association (IFA) announced that Terri Baker joined the organization as marketing director. In her role as marketing director, she will oversee the account executive certification program, develop innovative training programs, manage sponsorship opportunities, foster new member relations and assist in the formation of local chapters.

“The IFA has grown rapidly over the past several years, and as our member’s businesses have grown, so has the need for our association leadership,” said Bert Goldberg, IFA executive director. “Hiring a
marketing director is a natural next step in our evolution. Terri Baker will provide a dedicated focus for our executive certification and training programs and promote IFA globally. We welcome Terri to the
leadership team.”

Baker has more than 14 years of experience in the factoring industry. She joins the IFA from UK-based Risk Factor Solutions, where she was responsible for the build out of the U.S. sales and marketing platform for the company. Previously she was with K.W. Receivables in Houston. She has been actively involved in the IFA for more than a decade.

“I am excited to continue my involvement in the commercial finance industry and enhance the already explosive growth underway in the IFA,” said Baker.
