Capital One Bank Appoints Levenson as SVP

Capital One Bank announced it appointed Richard Levenson to the newly created role of SVP of portfolio management in Capital One’s Commercial & Specialty Finance Group. Levenson is based in New York and will be responsible for a broad range of portfolio management activities on behalf of Capital One Business Credit.

Levenson joins from Citibank, where he worked for the last two years as a credit director and national portfolio manager for its asset-based business. Prior to Citibank, he worked at Bank of America Business Credit for more than 30 years in a variety of portfolio- and credit-focused roles in the asset-based lending business, rising to the senior vice president level.
