Capital One Appoints Middle-Market SVP

Capital One Bank announced that Cynthia Selover has joined its middle market lending team in New York as senior vice president and relationship manager.

In her new role, Selover will provide lending and commercial banking services to the bank’s middle market customers in the Northeast.

Prior to joining Capital One Bank, Selover served as senior vice president at Citibank, where she provided a broad range of lending and wealth management solutions to financial advisor teams and their corporate clients. Previously, Selover served middle market clients at financial institutions that include Merrill Lynch, Fleet Bank and National Bank of Canada.
