David DiPiero, president and CEO of FGI Finance, has announced that Heather Andresen has joined the company as vice president of Business Development. In this position, Andresen will be responsible for developing the Southeastern U.S. market, a territory rich in international financing opportunities. Her goal will be to focus on building and nurturing relationships with other lenders, commercial finance companies, equity sponsors and intermediaries.

Andresen brings over ten years of financial industry experience to her new position at FGI Finance, including advisory services, direct lending and relationship management. “We are excited to have Heather join our team,” said DiPiero. “With her background and expertise, she will be a great addition to our business development efforts.”

Prior to joining FGI, Andresen was responsible for sourcing strategic M&A and capital raising opportunities as vice president of Business Development with Catalyst Financial, a south Florida-based investment banking firm. Before that, she was with Emigrant Bank, where she participated in the creative financing of both residential and commercial properties. Through her experiences, Andresen contributes with her ability to nurture key relationships and cultivate emerging markets.
