WSFS Bank hired Alyson Beasley Bradley as senior vice president and chief auditor, Jeffrey Goodman as senior vice president and general counsel, and Frank McGrane as senior vice president and deputy chief credit officer.

In her new role, Beasley Bradley will report to Christine Davis, executive vice president and chief risk officer at WSFS. Beasley Bradley will lead WSFS Bank’s internal audit department and will oversee the continuous development and implementation of an internal audit program throughout WSFS Financial, including its subsidiary companies. In addition, she will work in partnership with WSFS’ independent public accounting firm and assume a lead management role for the audit committee of the company’s board of directors.

In his new role, Goodman will report to Lisa Washington, senior vice president and chief legal officer at WSFS, and will serve as the primary supporter and advisor to the bank’s commercial division.

In his new role, McGrane will report to Liam Brickley, senior vice president and chief credit officer of WSFS, and will have a senior leadership role in commercial and consumer credit administration, approval and policy matters.

“Risk management is integral to every aspect of WSFS’ operation. These accomplished new associates represent our ongoing investment across several areas of risk,” Davis said. “Their expertise and decades of experience will support and safeguard customers and associates across the company.”

Prior to joining WSFS, Beasley Bradley served as chief audit executive at Freedom Mortgage Corporation, where she developed and delivered internal audit strategy. The best practices she implemented there drove improvement in audit completion times and results.

Goodman joined WSFS with more than 30 years of lending experience, including time with Santander Bank, GMAC Mortgage, Advanta and in private practice. Most recently, he served as contract counsel at Wells Fargo, where he assisted with an enterprise-wide lending and servicing compliance program applicable to the bank’s products to reduce risk.

Prior to joining WSFS, McGrane served as executive vice president and senior credit officer for Citizens Bank, where he managed a team that provided credit approvals and risk management oversight for the regional middle-market and nonprofit loan portfolios across the franchise.
