Rob Hubbard joined Winter Harbor, a restructuring and turnaround firm, as a managing director.
Hubbard has more than 20 years of financial advisory, restructuring and turnaround expertise with large and middle-market companies and their stakeholders. His experience has focused on assisting companies with stabilizing operations and determining strategic alternatives to improve business performance.
Hubbard’s previous experience includes serving as the managing partner of his own restructuring and consulting firm. He assisted clients with executing strategic turnarounds, liquidity management, operational restructurings (both inside and outside of bankruptcy), mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and wind-downs. He has partnered with clients across industries, including retail, automotive, specialty manufacturing, wine and spirits distribution, footwear and apparel, and oil and gas.
