HQ: Alpharetta, GA

Wingspire Capital was founded with a culture of innovation and flexibility and has become a lender of choice for growing middle-market companies across all industries.

Backed by permanent capital and with a long-term outlook and an innovative approach to financing, Wingspire Capital combines historically proven financing disciplines with bespoke financing products ranging from $20 million to $200 million to create seamless, thoughtful and tailored one-stop solutions with greater certainty of closing. To that end, Wingspire expanded its product offerings earlier this year, launching an equipment finance division that will focus on financing transactions ranging from $10 million to $200 million for sponsor-owned, publicly-traded and privately-held, non-investment grade companies.

Wingspire Capital has complete flexibility to structure complex transactions, such as revolving asset-backed loans, cash-flow loans, revolvers, term loans and other sophisticated transactions that often involve multiple capital components. Wingspire also offers asset-based working capital lines of credit, senior secured term loans and equipment and real estate financing.

“Innovation means meeting each client where they are, becoming a student of their business drivers and goals, and then replacing convention with imagination to create a capital structure solution for their exact needs,” David Wisen, CEO and co-founder of Wingspire Capital, says.

Wingspire was created by a team of commercial finance professionals with the goal of building a firm that would view its mission from the perspective of its clients. Wingspire believes borrowers want thoughtful loans tailored to their specific needs and delivered in a transparent and professional manner. Wingspire delivers this by having an experienced team, diversified products, a long-term view and a commitment to excellence and integrity.

Wingspire is a portfolio company of Owl Rock Capital, which is externally managed by Owl Rock Capital Advisors, an SEC-registered investment adviser. Owl Rock Capital is a specialty finance company focused on providing direct lending solutions to middle-market companies. Owl Rock is a division of Blue Owl Capital, an alternative asset manager with approximately $102 billion of assets under management as of March 31, 2022.
