William Blair, a global boutique with expertise in investment banking, investment management and private wealth management, continued its European investment banking growth with the addition of Kiara Mitchinson. Based in London, Mitchinson joins as a director in the firm’s financial sponsors group, where she will provide comprehensive advisory services to private equity clients.

Mitchinson draws on nearly 15 years of advisory experience, including positions at investment banks and on an in-house corporate investment team. Throughout her career, she has engaged in all aspects of transactional advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, divestments, IPOs, equity and debt capital markets and strategic engagements with venture capital and private equity firms. She joins from Barrenjoey, where she was a principal, and has held roles at Wesfarmers, PJT Partners, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs.
