Wells Fargo Capital Finance promoted Jack Morrone to division manager and Daniel Pfeiffer to head of Business Development in order to lead the bank’s Channel Finance division, the world’s largest channel financing platform that serves resellers, distributors, and vendors in the technology industry.

Morrone and Pfeiffer will both report to Holly Kaczmarczyk, head of Supply Chain Finance.

“Jack and Daniel have extensive supply chain financing and lending experience, strong relationship development and leadership skills, and history of achieving outstanding results that add value to our team and our clients,” said Kaczmarczyk. “They will play key roles in developing of our capabilities and finding working capital solutions for technology firms globally.”

Based in Chicago, Morrone is a 22-year industry veteran who most recently served as regional underwriting manager for Supply Chain Finance and led an underwriting team that supported its Channel Finance division. Prior to that, he spent 19 years at GE Capital in various underwriting and relationship management roles in asset-based lending, leveraged finance, channel finance, and floorplan finance. In those roles, Morrone led cross-functional teams that served customers in multiple industries, verticals, and geographies.

Based in Weston, FL, Pfeiffer joined Wells Fargo in 2016 as head of sales for supplier finance and the key accounts purchase programs in Supply Chain Finance. He started his financial services career more than 15 years ago and has held various roles in cash management, trade finance, supplier finance, export agency finance, and securities and funds services. Before that, Pfeiffer worked for a San Francisco fintech startup to build a supply chain finance offering for Europe and the United States.

Wells Fargo Capital Finance is the trade name for certain asset-based lending services, senior secured lending services, accounts receivable and purchase order finance services, and channel finance services of Wells Fargo and its subsidiaries.
