Vestar Capital Partners, a U.S. middle-market private equity firm, promoted Caroline Ptacek to vice president from senior associate.

Ptacek joined Vestar in 2022 and supports the firm’s investments across its core sectors. She is currently involved with the firm’s investments in Circana, Dr. Praeger’s and 360 Training. Prior to joining Vestar, she was an associate in the leveraged finance group at Jefferies. Ptacek received a BBA in finance and international business from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
