TD Bank Names Jagadish Head of Commercial Operating Products and Payment Innovation

byPhil Neuffer

in People

TD Bank appointed Jyotsana (Jo) Jagadish head of commercial operating products and payment innovation, a new role focused on developing and executing a strategy that positions TD as a partner of choice for commercial fintechs by engaging in market intelligence, developing potential partnerships and managing fintech relationships. In this role, Jagadish also will lead a team focused on mature commercial operating products and revenue management.

“Jo’s deep knowledge of commercial payments and fintechs, complemented by her track-record of innovation and leadership in the space, makes her an ideal fit for this position,” Rick Burke, head of corporate products and service at TD Bank, said. “Jo’s skills and experience will serve her well as she works to build out TD’s presence and capabilities related to payment innovation.”

Jagadish was previously named a 2020 Crain’s New York Business Rising Star in Banking and Finance and a 2019 Women in Payments USA Innovation Leader Award finalist. She has more than 12 years of experience across treasury services, wholesale and digital payments and retail and business banking strategy in the U.S. and Canada. Before joining TD Bank, Jagadish served as head of new product development and fintech partnerships at JPMorgan Chase.
