Viola Credit Enters $500MM Strategic Joint Venture with Cadma Capital Partners

Viola Credit entered a strategic joint venture with Cadma Capital Partners. The new venture, with financing capacity of up to $500 million, will focus on executing asset-based lending transactions originated and managed by Viola Credit.

Citi and Viola Credit Close $186.5MM Securitization Fund with Defacto

Defacto, a French lender, closed a securitization fund with Citi and Viola Credit for up to €167 million ($186.5 million). Citi will be the senior lender of the fund, while Viola Credit has renewed its trust in Defacto by continuing its support as a mezzanine lender of the fund.
