Peoples Financial and FNCB Bancorp Receive Shareholder Approval for Merger
Peoples Financial Services and FNCB Bancorp announced that at special meetings of their respective shareholders held on March 22, Peoples and FNCB shareholders approved the merger of FNCB with and into Peoples, with Peoples as the surviving corporation.
