The Baltimore Division of the District of Maryland of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court approved the sale of Tessemae’s to PANOS Brands. Tessemae’s filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Feb. 1, 2023, with Aurora Management Partners appointed financial advisor to the debtors.
