Noble Corporation announced it has entered into a $800 million secured revolver with a lender group led by JPMorgan Chase as administrative agent to support the spin-off of its offshore drilling business.
Myers Industries said it agreed to acquire Scepter Corporation and Scepter Manufacturing for $160 million. The company said it will finance the acquisition by increasing its revolver with a JPMorgan Chase-led lender group.
