Golub Capital hired Shuji Hatsukaiwa as a managing director in Japan. Hatsukaiwa has been based in Tokyo for most of his career. He most recently served as head of alternative sales and product at Schroder Investment Management (Japan).

Karim Salazar Antoni joined Golub Capital as director of private wealth in the Americas, based in Miami. In his new role, he will be dedicated to serving the U.S. offshore market alongside institutional and private wealth investors in Latin America.
Golub Capital promoted Andy Steuerman to vice chair of direct lending and Greg Cashman to head of direct lending. Spyro Alexopoulos, Craig Benton, Alissa Grad, Gregory Robbins, Marc Robinson, Rob Tuchscherer and Jason Van Dussen were promoted to senior managing director roles.
