Equity Bank Hires Sems as President

Equity Bancshares, the Wichita, KS-based holding company of Equity Bank, hired Richard M. Sems as president of Equity Bank. Craig Anderson, who has served as the bank’s president since 2021, resigned.

Equity Bank Appoints Newell CFO as Part of Senior Leadership Shakeup

Equity Bancshares, the holding company of Equity Bank, hired Eric R. Newell as CFO. In addition, Gregory H. Kossover, who previously served as CFO, was named chief operating officer, and Craig L. Anderson was named president of Equity Bank.
