Installed Building Products closed a seven-year, $500 million term loan with RBC Capital Markets, BofA Securities and Goldman Sachs Bank. Royal Bank of Canada will serve as term administrative agent and term collateral agent for the new term loan.

Essent Group amended its credit facility to increase the total facility from $625 million to $825 million. JPMorgan Chase Bank, BofA Securities and Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets acted as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners for the credit facility.

Morgan Stanley Senior Funding Leads $980MM Credit Facility for WOW!

WideOpenWest Finance, a subsidiary of WOW! Internet, Cable and Phone, priced and allocated a new credit facility consisting of a $730 million term loan and a $250 million revolving credit commitment. Morgan Stanley Senior Funding acted as the lead left arranger and joint bookrunner for the transaction.

Citibank Extends Eastman Chemical’s $1.5B Unsecured Revolver

Eastman Chemical Company amended and extended its $1.5 billion five-year unsecured revolving credit facility. The amended credit agreement was entered into with 15 banks, led by Citibank as administrative agent, joint lead arranger and co-sustainability agent.

Wells Fargo Securities Leads Credit Facility Upsize for TTEC Holdings

TTEC Holdings amended and extended its credit facility, increasing the total commitment amount by $300 million to $1.5 billion and extending the maturity to November 2026. Commitments were provided by a syndicate of banks, with Wells Fargo Securities serving as left lead arranger.

BofA, Citibank and SMBC Agent Amendments to Digital Realty’s Revolving Credit Facilities

Digital Realty amended its existing global revolving credit facility and Japanese yen-denominated revolving credit facility. BofA Securities and Citibank are the sustainability structuring agents for the global revolver and SMBC is the sustainability structuring agent for the yen-denominated revolver.
