Oak Hill Advisors (OHA) served as administrative agent and lead left arranger for a unitranche facility supporting National Carwash Solutions. OHA provided half of the over more than $1 billion total financing facility.
Citizens served as sole lead arranger for Illinois-based Parts Town’s upsized $150 million asset-based revolving credit facility. The financing also included a $1.52 billion unitranche debt facility from Golub Capital.
UPSTACK, an IT solutions company, secured $100 million in financing from MidCap Financial and Morgan Stanley Private Credit. MidCap Financial is the administrative agent, sole arranger and sole bookrunner for the financing.
Ares provided details on new financing commitments. Funds managed by the company’s credit group closed approximately $2 billion in commitments across 31 transactions during the third quarter, totaling $6.4 billion in commitments across 95 transactions year to date.
Ares Management’s Credit Group provided approximately $2.9 billion in commitments across 47 transactions that closed during the third quarter of 2018.

Lightower Fiber Networks and Sidera Networks announced they have signed a definitive agreement for a transaction valued at over $2 billion led by Berkshire Partners and management, to acquire and merge both companies.
