Ares Management, a global alternative investment manager, completed its acquisition of AMP Capital’s infrastructure debt platform.

AMP Capital made a $200 million investment in the subordinated debt of Invenergy Clean Power. The investment encompasses a portfolio of natural gas-fired power plants in the U.S. and Canada.
